Grade My Life ("we", "us") operates grademylife.com, a self-assessment quiz. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Quiz answers and scores. Your slider answers and the scores computed from them. We use these to show your results and to build aggregate statistics (for example, average scores by age group). Aggregates never identify you.
Demographics. Age range, gender, employment status, and optionally your ZIP code — used to personalize comparisons.
Email address. Required to view your results. We use it to send you your results and occasional emails about Grade My Life. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Your email is stored with your quiz results and in our email platform (Klaviyo).
Payments. The optional full report is processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Analytics. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how people find the site and to measure advertising. You can limit ad tracking through your browser and through Meta's ad settings.
Personalized guidance and offers
Your answers power three things: your own results (including your progress if you retake the quiz later), the site's aggregate statistics, and — if you stay subscribed — personalized guidance by email. That guidance may include recommendations for products or services that fit what you told us: for example, fitness resources if your health score is low, or dating resources if your love life score is low. Some recommendations may be affiliate links, meaning we can earn a commission if you use them. Recommendations are chosen by your own answers. We never give advertisers or partners your individual answers or your email address.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your individual answers with anyone. We share data only with the service providers that run the site: our hosting provider (Vercel), database (Supabase), email platform (Klaviyo), and payment processor (Stripe).
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. You can ask us to delete your data — email us and we'll remove your results and email address. If you live in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor those requests for everyone, wherever you live.
Data retention
We keep quiz results to power the site's aggregate statistics. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove your email from stored results within 30 days and keep only fully anonymous scores.
Age
Grade My Life is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
